LoanShark is a mortgage and loan data management program. It keeps track of all the payment methods such as monthly, biweekly, weekly and quarterly payments. It has the provision for escrow collection and disbursement of taxes and/or insurance. The present version can handle quarterly payments from your notes or mortgage loans.

I am a long time user of Loan Shark. My program quit working and I am desperately trying to get a new version up and running. I will be more than happy to pay for the program again if I can just get a working version and get it to recognize the back ups I have on file. Please help!!!
According to the program, it will expire in 6 days as a demo, I cannot pay for it as there is no way to do so. I cannot copy the data because the program will not let me do so, so, after going through all that I went through to get it loaded again and running, I am going to loose everything again. Why can't I get some help from Data Designs. Robin Marshall,
