Description
Design and simulate digital logic circuits. Work with logic gates like AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR (Antivalence), Equivalence, NOT · Flip Flops: RS, D, T, JK, JKMS, etc. Create your own gates by saving a circuit as a "module" and reusing this module in another circuit.
LogicSim 3.3 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
The program's installer is commonly called glsim.exe or LOGICHYD.EXE etc. This free program is a product of Andreas Tetzl. The most popular versions among LogicSim users are 3.3 and 2.4. LogicSim lies within Development Tools, more precisely IDE. ".lpf" is the extension this free PC software can process.
From the developer:
With LogicSim you can design and simulate digital logic circuits with logic gates like AND, OR, FlipFlop. The following types of logic gates are included: Basic: AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR (Antivalence), Equivalence, NOT, Flip Flops: RS, D, T, JK, JKMS, Timers: clock generator, MonoFlop, Turn on delay, Turn off delay, Inputs: Switch, number-input for decimal and hexadecimal values, Outputs: LED, LCD for decimal and hexadecimal values.
You may want to check out more software, such as GnuWin32: LibIconv, SpinnerDemo or C4F Developer Kit 2008, which might be similar to LogicSim.
