LvS 4.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free program is a product of Hellenic Open University.
LvS.exe, LVS3.exe, Lvs4.exe or SysArchie.exe are the default file names to indicate this program's installer. The most popular versions among LvS users are 4.4, 4.0 and 3.5. LvS works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/10/11. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software. LvS belongs to Education Tools.

The main focus of Learning via Subtitling is the development of educational material for active foreign language learning based on film subtitling. It aims to cover the exigency for active learning where cultural elements are involved effectively through real-life (simulated) activities and the need for productive use of multimedia not as a nice add-on but as the core of an activity.
