MISERY is a free mod for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat game. The mod features a first person perspective by default, but you can change it to a third person perspective, it brings you stronger and deadlier anomalies, it changes the actor health system, item effects, economy and damage system in order to attain a very high difficulty.
