The 1.5 version of MPICH2 is available as a free download on our website. The actual developer of the free program is Argonne National Lab. The program lies within Development Tools, more precisely IDE. The most popular versions of the program are 1.5, 1.4 and 1.3.

GuiMPIJob.exe, MPDUpdate.exe, MPIConfig.exe, mpiexec.exe or Uninst-mpich2-1.0.3.exe are the default file names to indicate this program's installer. MPICH2 is an all-new implementation of MPI, designed to support research into high-performance implementations of MPI-1 and MPI-2 functionality. Clusters consisting of both single-processor and SMP nodes are supported.
