MakeAnimatedGIF is a simple Windows application that allows you to make an animation out of still images. You can set the delay and the number of loops, organize the list of images, import entire folders, and preview each image. You can also view the EXIF information of each image, if it is available. Options include delay, repeat, resizing options, alignment, resizing methods and background colour. Options are saved.
