I am really not happy with Microsoft. I PAID for all the software on my computer and Mcrosoft downloaded their newest "rip-you-off" software and I am now stuck with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Good grief! Mr Gates doesn't have enough money without ripping his current clients off?
Betty Matteson, The same has happened to me now in 2022. I've complained but they are not responding. I also asked for Word, Excel and Publisher and got what you got Powerpoint which I don't even use. Now I'm stuck trying to open Publisher files and can't. I am still trying to deal with it. Yes I refuse to pay more money after paying over $3,000 for them to customize my computer. I've only used Dells and now I'll never buy another Dell again.
Betty Matteson, well there is a free word and publisher works very well with all the Microsoft files.
Allisster .hadden, First, you have to HAVE it.
The issue is Microsoft is not "Including" publisher in the bundle when it is being requested by their costomers. Then coming back and expecting us to pay hundreds for it when it is a common used program that should be included.
Betty Matteson, you are alright, the same happened to me. Microsoft has transformed into a rip-off company, aimed only at bleeding you all your money. Is Billy Gate that man described in the Apocalypse who "comes into every house to spy and control, people"?
Betty Matteson, same here. update came and wiped the publisher. what i am going to use with my publisher files now?
DONNA VILLA R DUMDUM, I am having the same problem! I ordered the discs for all Microsoft
Programs. Don't know how else to get into publisher.
