MiniDriver Manager
There was a download of MiniDriver Manager 2.3 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free tool was originally designed by Gemalto.
The most popular versions of the MiniDriver Manager are 2.3, 2.2 and 2.1. The program is included in Development Tools. This free PC program was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and can function on 32-bit systems.
MD_Manager.exe is the frequent file name to indicate this program's installer. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software.

MiniDriver Manager performs operations with the IDPrime .NET and IDPrime MD minidriver and associated data such as: Change / Unblock PIN, certificate loading, change PIN policy, card information display, etc. The minidriver dll v7 (axaltocm.dll) must have been installed first from the Microsoft Update site.
