Downloading Motor-CAD 9.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Motor-CAD can be installed on Windows XP/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version.
The most popular versions among Motor-CAD users are 9.0, 8.1 and 7.4. The program's installer files are commonly found as MotorCAD_4_1_2_demo.exe, Motor-CAD_5_3_10.exe, Motor-CAD_6_2_1.exe, Motor-CAD_7_1_1_demo.exe or Motor-CAD_7_3_1.exe etc. The actual developer of the program is Motor Design Ltd. Motor-CAD provides the ability to perform electromagnetic and thermal performance tests on prototype designs. The results are presented in an easy-to-understand form for analysis to allow design decisions to be taken in an efficient manner.
