This game is played by 2 people with a normal deck of playing cards. At the start of a round the dealer deals 6 cards to each player and then each player chooses two cards to discard into the crib. One card from the remaining cards is turned up and is called the starter, if the starter is a J, then the dealer gets 2 points into his total score. The crib and the starter will be used later.
