NucServ is a free Windows web development environment with Apache, PHP and MySQL all in one package. It comes with phpMyAdmin to easily manage your databases. NucServ has also a tray icon to control your server and its settings. It requires you to have the Microsoft 2008 C++ Runtime (x86) or the Microsoft 2008 C++ Runtime (x64) installed.
