The Wizard's Tower is an official add-on for Oblivion providing your character with a new house, a magical tower known as Frostcrag Spire. The add-on also introduces Aurelinwae, a novice merchant with 2000 gold. She can be found inside the Mystic Emporium in the Market District of the Imperial City.
