You could have downloaded OpenDSS 7.6.4 from our software library for free. The actual developer of the free program is Electric Power Research Institute. The software lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Network Tools.

The OpenDSS is an electric power Distribution System Simulator (DSS) for supporting distributed resource integration and grid modernization efforts.
