There was a download of OptiY 4.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.

OptiY is an open and multidisciplinary design environment providing most modern optimization strategies and state of the art probabilistic algorithms for uncertainty, reliability, robustness, sensitivity analysis, data-mining and meta-modeling. The simulation model can be considered as black box with inputs and outputs. Within, it is an open platform for different kind of model classes.
