Description
Create reactive-transport simulations and perform different aqueous geochemical calculations like speciation and saturation-index or reaction-path and advective-transport calculations. Work with various aqueous models, including two ion-association aqueous models, a Pitzer specific-ion-interaction aqueous model, and the Specific Ion Interaction Theory aqueous model.
PHREEQC 3.7.15968 was available as a free download on our software library. The actual developer of the free software is US Geological Survey. The tool is sometimes referred to as "Phreeqc Interactive". Our antivirus check shows that this download is malware free.
The following versions: 3.5, 3.3 and 3.2 were the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. Phreeqci.exe is the common file name to indicate this program's installer. The program relates to Education Tools. This PC software works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11.
From the developer:
PHREEQC is a computer program written in the C++ and C programming languages that is designed to perform a wide variety of aqueous geochemical calculations. PHREEQC implements several types of aqueous models: two ion-association aqueous models (the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory model and WATEQ4F), a Pitzer specific-ion-interaction aqueous model, and the SIT (Specific ion Interaction Theory) aqueous model.
