You could have downloaded PN C2 2.0 from our software library for free. PN C2 lies within System Utilities, more precisely Device Assistants. This free program is an intellectual property of Lars Haendel. The following versions: 2.0 and 1.0 were the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The PN C2 installer is commonly called ElevatePNC2.exe or ElevatePNC2Map.exe etc.

The PNC2 Cluster Algorithm contains several free parameters that allow an adjustment of the algorithms behavior to the actual learn data sample. However, one needs some experience to optimally chose the parameter values. Thus an automated parameter tuning component has been integrated into the PNC2 Rule Induction System.
You may want to check out more software, such as DeLorme Earthmate GPS PN-20 Update, C2Xpert or C2Prog, which might be similar to PN C2.
