Palette is a simple and fast colour browser.
It shows you the most common colours used by the programmers and web designers. Together with the colour image Palette gives you the name or the number of the shown colour.
The only important requirement of Palette is the presence of Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0. It is the new managed code-programming model for Windows. The Framework is also useful for many other applications.
