Downloading Panel Builder 4.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Panel Builder lies within Business Tools, more precisely Finances.
Fluorish Panel Builder.exe, HMIStudio.exe, IconE42AA1FE.exe, Panel Builder.exe or PBWin32.exe are the default file names to indicate the Panel Builder installer. The most popular version of the tool is 4.0.
