You could have downloaded Photeleon 1.3 from our software library for free. This free software was originally designed by ioworld. The most popular versions of the program 1.3 and 1.2. Commonly, this program's installer has the following filename: photeleon.exe. Photeleon is included in Photo & Graphics Tools.
