Picture Resize Command Line is a processing utility which allows batch-processing of large numbers of graphic files at the same time. Since it uses the DOS command line for running, you can easily run the program using batch files. You may also run the program using your own custom made application using Visual Basic, Visual C , etc. Using the "shell" command in Visual Basic is the simplest method.
