There was a download of PingUtil 0.9 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the free software is PingUtil. The most popular versions of the PingUtil 0.9 and 0.8.

This tool is written in C# and allows the user to log and graph ICMP respones from multiple hosts. The program has the ability to ping flood (i.e. spend a ping without waiting for a response before sending the next ping, will use up all CPU resources).
You may want to check out more software, such as FTP Navigator, MBT Navigator or CMUD, which might be similar to PingUtil.
