Porta 2.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Porta can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11.
The actual developer of the free software is JATE IT Department. Porta is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. The most popular versions of the tool are 2.0, 1.04 and 1.0.
