I purchased my printmaster with free down load that was christmas time last year. I too had customer no service,
I have ALL of my work on my PrintMaster 15 and it has always worked great: until this past month. I can't open any of my files: it says the wrong path name is used, it's always worked before. It shows the files on my computer but I can't access them from anywhere but PrintMaster. When PrintMaster is open, it shows all my files BUT it won't open them. Can anyone help!!!
I, too, have used PrintMaster for years with success. I lost the CD in a recent move and now have a new computer to which I'd like to transfer my PrintMaster work. When I call, no one will talk to me about that possibility. I simply want a little customer service, but I'm getting none. Why?

I have used print master for years. know i have purchased a new lap top. My original purchase was for life. I need to transfer that program from the old to the new.
I lost my download...how do I reinstall
Won't let me continue unless I download Winzip, I bought the program but cannot install it because of that.
