This tool is designed to kill off unruly programs. It does this pretty effectively but is unable to terminate any DLLs loaded by the subject program.
Use as a last resort to stop a frozen program without having to reboot the computer. Does not ask questions, but presumes that the user knows what to kill off and what to leave alone. Does show all running processes and kills them quicker than Task Manager.
