It might have been a while since Frosty was actually a menace toward South Park, but the snowy freak decided it was time to bring havoc into the quiet mountain town again. Things are a bit different this time, though.
Frosty is now French and he's raised an army of deadly snowmen and penguins. Poor Butters have been forced by the other kids to battle the opposition, but luckily, he happens to be Professor Chaos, the greatest wannabe villain.
