Project PERT Add-in was created to supply the lack of PERT analysis in Project 2010 and 2013. You can perform a basic PERT analysis to estimate a task's duration. After you specify the optimistic, pessimistic, and expected durations of the tasks in your schedule, the PERT Add-in calculates a weighted average of the three.
