Description
Creates animations and exports them as sprite sheets or animated GIFs, aligning things between frames. Imports images of tilesets or mockups and identify all the unique tiles automatically, edits and rearranges old tilesets or doing edits of mockups easily.
PyxelEdit 0.4.3 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The following versions: 0.4 and 0.2 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

Pyxel Edit is a pixel art drawing application especially designed for working with tiles. Place tiles to form a level, edit them directly to see how they all work together, then export your tileset and the level data, and load it into your game. Tiles can even be flipped and rotated, still being editable and synced. This feature is inspired by the awesome Pixothello and Cosmigo Pro Motion, but taken one step further.
