QMC2 is a Qt 4 based multi-platform GUI front end for several MAME and MESS variants. The included binaries are known to work on Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP using the original MAME and MESS variants (MAMEUIFX32 is supported as well through a replacement template for the MAME variant).
