RHVoice 1.10.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free program was originally produced by Olga Yakovleva.
This PC program works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11. RHVoice lies within Education Tools, more precisely Languages. The following versions: 0.7, 0.5 and 0.2 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.

RHVoice is a free software application and represents a speech synthesizer for the Russian language. The voices have been trained with The HMM-based Speech Synthesis
System (HTS).It also uses a flite's implementation of English language support as an example, some functions were used as a starting point.
