Perform the formatting of a USB or Flash drive and make a bootable disk. Connect a USB device, adjust the partition size, and specify the volume label. Pick the operating system from Windows, MS-DOS, SysLinux, or other options as well as the type of filesystem and the override preferences.

RMPartUSB is a Windows command line utility and does not have a GUI. RMPartUSB makes a partition of any size and is primarily intended for USB Flash Drive (UFD) memory sticks, although it can be used on USB hard drives or USB card readers to create a bootable partition.
