Description
Downloading RNAz 1.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program relates to Education Tools. This free software is a product of University of Vienna.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The following version: 1.0 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users.

RNAz is a program for predicting structurally conserved and thermodynamically stable RNA secondary structures in multiple sequence alignments. It can be used in genome wide screens to detect functional RNA structures, as found in noncoding RNAs and cis-acting regulatory elements of mRNAs.
