RotorCntl
Downloading RotorCntl 1.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free software is an intellectual property of Joe K0BX. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The following version: 1.0 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. The program is included in Development Tools. The program's installer file is generally known as Rotorcntl.exe.

This is a very simple program. All total about 20 lines of code. But with all the files that Visual Basic needs, the Zip file is 1.45 Meg!
It will prompt you the first time for the comport that you have for the Rotor-EZ. Any comport between 1 and 8 is supported. But the port does have to exist or you will get any error.
You may want to check out more software, such as RotorCntlCmd, which might be similar to RotorCntl.
