SMole a molecule builder, which can produce 3D view of chemical structures. You can easily analyze the molecular structure by rotating, moving, and zooming it using mouse. A variety of file formats including Protein Data Bank format (PDB), MDL Mole files (MOL), Crystallographic Information (CIF), and XYZ cartesian coordinates (XYZ) are supported.
