Description
Perform different types of calculations concerning the transport of ions in matter. Specify such parameters as ion types, energy, and the material of one or multiple target layers. Access the following modules: Ion Stopping and Range in Targets, Ion Implantation, Sputtering, Ion Transmission, and Ion Beam Therapy.
