There was a download of SRT Editor 3.1 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular versions among SRT Editor users are 3.1, 2.0 and 1.0.
SRT_Editor.exe is the default file name to indicate the SRT Editor installer. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. This free PC software was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows 7 or Windows 8 and is compatible with 32-bit systems.

This is the SRT Editor project ("tomssrteditor")
This simple program allows you to edit the timing of a SRT-file (subtitle file). For example: subtitles appear to early / late -> edit the SRT-file itself (instead of configuring DirectVobSub or whatever you use to display subtitles).
