SafeMSI
Downloading SafeMSI 1.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular version of the program is 1.0. The actual developer of the free software is Rock Systems & Development.

To use SafeMSI.exe when booted to Safe Mode on any version of Windows NT (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, etc..), just double-click or run it. When the computer is in safe mode, the Windows Installer service isn’t started so most programs can’t be uninstalled.
