Scan2CAD 9.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The latest version of Scan2CAD can be installed on PCs running Windows XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11, both 32 and 64-bit.

Scan2CAD is a 2-in-1 Raster to Vector and PDF to CAD conversion.
It converts scanned drawings (raster files including TIFF, JPEG, etc.) and PDF files (any type - raster, vector or hybrid) into DXF files you can edit in your PC CAD, CNC or GIS program (vector).
You may want to check out more software, such as Autodesk Inventor View, Poser or TurboCAD Deluxe, which might be similar to Scan2CAD.
