SecureAPlus 6.7.5 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the software is SecureAge Technology.
We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. Application Whitelisting.exe, SecureAPlus.exe, SecureAPlusAdmin.exe, SecureAPlusService.exe or SecureAPlusUI.exe are the common file names to indicate this program's installer. The software is included in Security Tools. SecureAPlus can be installed on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/XP Professional/11 environment, 32 and 64-bit versions. The most popular versions of the tool are 6.2, 6.1 and 4.5.

SecureAPlus combines an anti-malware with an application whitelisting tool. It features multiple layers of defense through its application whitelisting and more than 10 anti-virus engines in the cloud. This application can also work offline, using very less system resource.
You may want to check out more software, such as PC Tools Firewall Plus, WinLock or Spybot, which might be similar to SecureAPlus.

Never had any problem after installing this software. What I like is their 10+ AV in the cloud which offers a more comprehensive detection rate while not slowing down my computer. Interestingly, they have Application Whitelisting which I don't see it often but it only allow applications that I trust to be running in my computer. Sneaky malware or viruses can no longer be running freely in my computer without my consent!
A very good software with a lot of great potential! Since it's free, no harm giving it a try ;)
