SendGuard for Outlook is a collection of “guards” that check your emails before they are sent out to prevent users from accidentally sending emails with incomplete, incorrect or inappropriate information. It consists of four tools: Reply Guard, Send Confirm, Delay Guard, and Account Guard. Send Confirm ensures that you send emails to the intended recipients. Reply Guard protects you from inappropriate Replies and Reply-Alls.
