Shanghai II is a game of strategy, memory, and luck. The game consists of a set of 144 tiles which are stacked in a layout. Layouts vary in difficulty. The object is to remove all of the tiles from the layout, one pair at a time. To be removed, the tiles must match and both be "free". A tile is considered free if there is nothing on top of it, and if it can slide out to either the left, right, or both.
