SharkEar is a free Windows application that embeds the GrooveShark website, thus enabling some nifty features like: global hotkeys, display artist - song title in the window title and memory consumption enhancements.

Artist - song name are updated in the window title so you can see them even when just hovering over the icon in the task bar.
