I had this program years ago, and liked it a lot. A little while ago I tried to update my license, and found out what a real * the owner was. I was accused of stuff and he actually yelled at me and called me names on the phone. Never was able to get updated and he canceled my account. No help at all unless I bought a new one a full price. They had a record of my old key but wouldn't send me another. The program is good but hasn't really changed much in 20+ years. For the price it should be a lot better not just the same technology with very basic upgrades.
