The pc firewall automatically closes it and you have to turn it off to use it. The other site i used to get it (SoftRadar) is untrustworthy on 16 out of the 18 comments were obviously fake. Overall probably a virus, do not download.
When I open the pro gram after 1 sec. it was closed automatically.
