SmartView allows you to view Solid Edge parts, assemblies, drafting documents, and Parasolid X_T files, even if you do not have Solid Edge loaded. This stand-alone viewer can also be run with an ActiveX document container such as Internet Explorer.
The viewer even allows you to change the display of the part--you can shade the part, rotate it, and zoom in or out.
