From the developer:

A screen saver for your computer that draws beautiful randomly-generated images on your screen. Remember when you were a kid and you used to play with those plastic spirographs? Well, this screensaver draws those same types of images on your screen. It's extremely easy to set up, and has numerous options that you can use to customize the drawings to your own preferences.

You may want to check out more software, such as SaversPlanet Flame Screensaver, SaversPlanet Mountains Screensaver or Colclocks2, which might be similar to SpiroSaver.
