Downloading Splint 3.1.2 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software is included in Development Tools. This free program is a product of Splint developers.

You can launch Splint on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 32-bit. The most popular version of the program is 3.1. The program's installer is commonly called cmd.exe.
