TeamViewer is a piece of garbage. I cannot connect.
If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
TeamViewer is excellent, but be aware it monitors your use and if it looks like your using it too much or for commercial purposes (not helping a friend) it will pop up and ask you to buy it and it's expensive!
Teamviewer is a remote access and remote support tool similar to tools like R-HUB remote support, logmein etc. which first asks end users permission for remotely access their computers and then accessing all the same and working on remote computers for resolving technical issues if any.
@revor Izard, And be careful if you do buy.
It operates an automatic annual renewal subscription which is far in excess of original cost. Eg: our first-year contract was $485. When they instigated their automated subscription. The cost for the same product and same number of computers jumped to $1,500. With no pro forma invoice or notice of increase.
Very difficult to cancel the subscription after you realise that $ thousands of dollars is missing from your card / bank. When you contact them. They will force you to let the new annual contract run it course before you are allowed to enforce the 28 days notice. NEVER refunds.
One of USA's shadier internet company’s. Check their forums internet for complaints. I talk from experience. Their Terms & Conditions are not legal practice in many countries outside USA. Basically a good program run by crooks and thieves.
