Description
Create, customize, and fix tile maps for inclusion in different type of games. Add new map elements or view existing ones in real time. Change the attributes of selected objects and layers, or those of the entire map. Place new objects with increased precision.
There was a download of Tiled 1.10.1 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Tiled.exe is the common file name to indicate this program's installer. This free program is a product of Thorbjørn Lindeijer.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.
This free PC software was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and is compatible with 32 or 64-bit systems. Tiled is a general purpose tile map editor which supports orthogonal, isometric and staggered maps. Tiled contains efficient tile editing tools like stamp, fill and terrain brushes. With this program, the user can place with pixel precision rectangle, ellipse, polygon and image objects.
You may want to check out more software, such as TilEd 2002, Toodle Tiles or Tiles On Line, which might be similar to Tiled.
