ToolbarToggle makes Office 2010 and 2007 work just like before the "Ribbon" replaced the toolbars and menus. ToolbarToggle Pro puts the classic menus and toolbars from Office 2003 back into Office 2007 and Office 2010 (both 32 and 64bit).
ToolbarToggle can float or dock the toolbar and fully supports customizing the menus, toolbars, buttons including drag-n-dropping Macros and Autotext to create new toolbars and menus.
