Trace2UML 0.3 that could have been downloaded from our website for free. The program lies within Office Tools, more precisely Document management. The actual developer of the free software is CollabNet. The default filename for the program's installer is Trace2UML.exe. The most popular versions among the software users are 1.1 and 0.3.

Trace2UML is now call compatible with mscgen, you can use Trace2UML instead. The only thing you have to do by hand, is to RENAME "Trace2UML.exe" into "mscgen.exe" (or do a symbolic link, on Linux). This project develops an application which can convert a trace file in text format to UML sequence diagrams. The application can also modify the diagrams and save in the same format.
